Do we have to replace our existing accounting system?
Not necessarily. Solby Accounting can run the full ledger, or sync with an existing accounting tool where that makes sense. We map the trade-offs — and the migration path — in the walkthrough.
How does eTIMS work inside Solby?
Invoices generated in Solby are submitted to eTIMS with QR verification and batch submission. You can preview, retry and reconcile submissions from the compliance dashboard.
Can Solby run multiple branches or companies?
Yes. Branches, organizations, stores and warehouses are scoped by role. Group reporting consolidates them, while each branch keeps its own operation, stock and cash position.
What does implementation include?
Setup, configuration, opening balances, data import, training and go-live support. The exact scope and go-live date are agreed in writing before configuration begins.
Where is our data hosted?
Solby Cloud is managed by our team with backups and monitoring. On-premise and hybrid deployments are available for enterprise requirements, including data residency constraints.
